Prompt-it Maxi is supplied with professional silver-coated beamsplitter glass. The special silver coating ensures a quality image as well as highly visible text without double reflection, which occurs when using low grade or normal glass. This is the same glass used with professional teleprompter equipment in TV studios or production houses. It is HD compatible and is high grade optical quality. Prompt-it Maxi can be setup on any type of tripod (minimum capacity 4.5 pounds). The sturdy, lightweight, patent-pending base is fitted with non-proprietory thread which fits all tripods screws. Unlike most teleprompters, Prompt-it Maxi is setup in under 2 minutes and does not require any tools. Simply slide the glass in the groove and tighten the glare cover over the top, that's it!
